Susan Jennings, Ed.D., LMHC, BCBA, CFM

Dr. Susan Reynolds-Jennings, Corporate President/CEO, earned her Doctorate of Education Degree in Early and Middle Childhood from Nova Southeastern University. She is a licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Behavior Analyst. Dr. Jennings treats individuals in need of specialized mental health services. These services focus on rehabilitation for persons with developmental disabilities and mental illness. She also provides individual, group, and family counseling using the cognitive behavior approach. Dr. Jennings uses cognitive restructuring to help clients learn to manage their emotions and behavior. She uses behavior analysis techniques to help clients identify and replace problem behaviors.

Dr. Jennings’ experience includes working as a nurse in psychiatric units, working in the public school system as a teacher, counselor, and behavior analyst, working as an executive director in a crisis shelter with residential and non residential crisis counseling, and working in private practice.
